Though this is not the place for a proper lunch or dinner, it's fine for quick bites. Portions are generous or decent at the least, coffee is very good, waiter openly speaks about deserts (some come half cooked). Restrooms are within the cafe. Good place to have rest after some guided tour.

Never miss this place when you visit a roof desk in National Library. They serve very delicious desserts with ice cream (yummy chocolate brownie). Local potato pancakes are not bad to try. The view from cafe is awesome.

A cafe with a beautiful view to enjoy with a drink of your choice. They have a big choice of drinks and some snacks and desserts. Overall, a lovely place with a great atmosphere.

Lovely little cafe on the 22nd floor of the National Library! -> Varied menu for food and drink, resonable prices for a "rooftop" up high -> Chilled lounge music, relaxing atmosphere -> The furniture may not the most modern per se but feels like a ski resort, mountain House etc -> Lots of books to enjoy
